Mandatory Compliance Training for All A. B. Nicholas Agents: Required to Receive Fees.

Beginning with our first session on March 21 at 10AM, all current and future referral agents will be required to take one mandatory Compliance and Training session before they will be eligible to receive any fees on their referrals into the ABN LeverageLine securities based credit line program or the OpLine UPREIT/OPU credit line program for UPREIT owners.

The webinar will host a guest speaker, one of several licensed lender advisors who manage all aspects of our referred clients’ credit lines and loans. These sessions are open only to Agents and Agent applicants.

Following the webinar each attendee will be required to complete a simple one-page online test to assure and verify their understanding of basic issues surrounding the LeverageLine program and referring it in.

Those who complete this training will receive a Certificate of Completion with the title “Certified ABN Agent” that they may use in their resume or in introductions to potential clients.

Those who do not complete the training will not be permitted to receive any fees of any kind on any LeverageLine transaction, per licensed lending institution policy. For those who cannot make the 10AM session on March 21, we will have make-up webinars to be announced.

There is a $35 registration fee for all attendees. Please click here to register today. Individuals who register but who cannot attend the 3/21 session will have their fee credited to a future session.
